​1.  On our first meeting we will talk about what the client has in mind.  After analyzing the layout of the yard, we will develop a concept with an understanding of aesthetics and design unique to the property.  We will also discuss a broad budget at this time.

2. On our second meeting, we will provide the client with a preliminary drawing and cost breakdown of the project. 

3. At our third meeting, we will finalize price and changes that have been discussed at the second meeting.  The contract is signed.

4. We begin the permitting process.

5. Once permitted, construction commences.
